RYLA is a completely volunteer run program.  We have a variety of ways in which you can help (big and small).  Here are a number of things that people have helped us with in the past.

• Volunteer Coordination - Help solicit additional volunteers from around the district.  Work with the other members of the RYLA committee to understand volunteer needs throughout the weekend.
• Session Observer - Not sure what to do?  We always need a number of people to simply sit in sessions and observe as we feel that it is critical to have Rotary representation at every session.
• Session Leader -We have a number of sessions that require a session leader.  We provide instructions and all materials.  You would need to review documentation ahead of time and attend one pre-RYLA training session.
• Guest Speaker - We are looking for qualified individuals with experience speaking to large groups on interesting topics relating to leadership. We are especially excited by those who have substantive experience speaking to large groups of teenagers!
• Rotary Expo Booth Sponsor - Sponsor a booth at the RYLA Expo to "showcase" a project that your club is involved in.
• Nighttime Hall Monitor - 150 teenagers sleeping in the same dorm.  Need we say more?
• RYLA Promotion - Help to promote RYLA around the District by presenting at various area clubs. (Materials would be provided)
